Description

Online Admission enables a school to carryout admission processes and activities electronically from advertising admission openings, making applications, paying admission processing fees, carrying out selections, replying applicants, sending reporting requirements to admitted students, to managing admitted students on first day of reporting. A school interacts with the admitted student for the first time on the reporting day except under cirmustances where a physical interview is required.

The applicants pay application fees (on applying), commitment fees (if admitted and required) and school fees (before reporting) electronically using dotShule fees payment platform. They also send online all information and academic documents required to make a student school file. The applicants are assessed electronically and replied online.

The applicant can apply to several schools from a single user account provided the schools are connected to dotShule platform. This increases the chances of getting admitted with no labouring.

Why should schools, parents and students adopt Online Admission?

Apart from saving the parents and students time and transport costs while moving from school to school looking for admission and the unneccessary inconviences caused when school administrators are handling admission applicants on school premises, Online Admission completely avoids person-to-person contact; a key Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in reducing the spread of Covid-19.
